This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #FiveSensesReview program. Recan Trash Can 21L When I first started parenting, I used two of the popular 21L "XX Cans." One broke, so I purchased one that opens automatically via a sensor. I used a setup of one XX Can plus the automatic sensor. I naturally assumed the newer model would be more convenient, but was wrong... The sensor took a surprisingly long time to open and was frustrating, so both my husband and I ended up putting trash into the pedal-operated ones first. My husband even suggested throwing it away and buying a new one, but that's when we discovered Recan :-) Since our room has a white and silver design, the chrome color matched perfectly, so I loved the design and color from the start :-) As for the usability, need I even mention it? You just attach the pedal, and inserting the refills is super easy too :-) I definitely think a Recan trash can is a must for households with infants and toddlers who still use dirty diapers!!!
