From an Empty Living Room to a Cozy Hideout 🛋️ Before (First Day of Moving): The living room was truly empty. There was a bare space under the duplex stairs, with only a cold fire extinguisher sitting all alone on the wall. 😅 Even the blackout curtains were pitch black... After (Today): Now it has become a cozy hideout where I spend the most time! I placed a round table and a modern silver lamp under the empty stairs to create a space where I can eat and study. And in the center of the living room, I laid a cozy striped rug and placed a chic black beanbag chair on top to complete a space where I want to lie down at any time. Thanks to this beanbag chair, I spend more time on the first floor! Duplex: From a bare floor to a sweet sleep hub 🛌 Before (First day of moving): The most dramatic transformation was in the duplex bedroom space. 😂 When you went up the unfamiliar stairs, there was a TV mounted all alone on the wall, an empty closet, and internet router cables haphazardly scattered... It was a space where I wondered, "How am I supposed to sleep here?" After (Today): Now, it has become my favorite space where I get a good night's sleep every day! 😴 I placed a cozy bed on the empty floor and matched it with clean white bedding and striped pillows to create a clean and cozy atmosphere. Most importantly, I placed a fresh Boston fern in a pot on a small wooden stool next to the bed, breathing life into a space that could have easily become bleak. (The power of a single potted plant! You all know it, right?) Those messy wires from the first day of moving in are now neatly organized and don't look like they used to be!
