Today, I solved dinner with the perilla seed and perilla oil buckwheat noodles recipe I learned from the shop owner🤍 I made the sauce by grinding a block of tofu with plenty of perilla seed powder, used tsuyu for the broth, and added a generous amount of perilla oil… I honestly had no idea this combination would taste this insane. My husband took one bite and even clapped his hands lol👏 It has a strange charm that feels like soybean noodle soup but also has a buckwheat soba vibe… It’s a fascinating taste that’s hard to describe, but anyway, it’s super delicious!!
