I stopped by a side dish store on my way home. Seasoned cockles were on sale, and they looked so delicious that I grabbed them right away!! I simply put the seasoned cockles over rice and topped it with a fried egg! To finish it off, I added a nutty flavor with sesame oil, dried seaweed flakes, and sesame seeds.
