It's subtly sweet and so delicious you'll be surprised! . 💜 Ube Basque Cheesecake ✔️ Ingredients (for 15cm) Cream cheese 300g Sugar 90g 2 Eggs Heavy cream 150ml Ube flour 20g Milk 40ml (for soaking ube) Cake flour 10g A pinch of salt ✔️ Instructions 1. Mix ube flour with warm milk and let it soak for 5–10 minutes. 2. Add sugar to the cream cheese and mix until smooth. 3. Add the eggs one at a time while mixing slowly. 4. Add the soaked ube and mix until the color is even. 5. Add the heavy cream and mix, then add the cake flour and salt to finish. 6. Pour the batter into a mold lined with parchment paper and bake in a 220°C oven for 20–25 minutes. ✔️ Key Points * Always soak the ube flour before use. * Remove from the oven when the center is slightly wobbly. * Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to achieve a thick consistency.
