#콘수프기록집 #주방템 March 2-2 I absolutely love Yeop Tteokbokki, and I've always enjoyed Level 1, but about two and a half months ago, I tried Level 2 once. T_T It was too spicy for me, so I only ate a little bit, but my gastritis is dragging on. It's been over two and a half months now... I ended up getting herbal medicine for gastritis to treat my orthostatic hypotension as well. And for my stomach, I tried making a nutritious spinach and cabbage vegetable porridge for dinner tonight. I quickly chopped the vegetables with a Ninja Chopper, sautéed the chopped vegetables in perilla oil and olive oil first, added warmed rice and stir-fried them together, then poured in water, added soy sauce and salt, and boiled it. 😊 Vegetable porridge made by my husband~ It tastes even better than Bonjuk, haha. It was so delicious that I had already scooped out a bowl to eat before taking the picture, so the photo isn't very pretty.
