📌 Tomato Cheese Egg You know those leftover parts after cutting tomatoes? The lid and the bottom...?? I decided to make this to use up the scraps I had saved. I chopped the tomatoes into small pieces, seasoned them with salt and pepper, and sautéed them a bit. Then I grilled some cheese alongside them. Finally, I popped an egg right in the middle!
