Perhaps because I’ve been feeling a bit tired lately, I spent today resting well without any special plans. Instead, for the first time in a while, I gathered a few more ingredients than usual and prepared a meal to eat haha. Maybe that’s why the plate feels a bit more colorful than the meals I usually eat during the week 🌈 I usually can't eat salmon often because of the price, but today, I prepared it as a small reward for my hard work this week, just because it’s the weekend. 🐟 It’s just a simple meal, but as I record and share it like this, I feel inexplicably more proud haha.
