📌 Korean Melon Burrata Salad I suddenly had a craving for Korean melon the night before, so I ordered some via early morning delivery. When I took one out in the morning, the scent of the melon wafted out! I was happy for a moment 🥰 Since I was feeling lazy, I just sliced it thinly, drizzled it with olive oil and white balsamic vinegar, and placed it on top of arugula along with the burrata – that's it! (I also added salt and pepper to the burrata) I cut a few slices of focaccia to eat with it, but then I remembered I had some leftover avocado, so I quickly took it out and ate it together.
