True to the Nordic coffee style, the roasting is on the very light side. However, personally, compared to the coffee I drank during my trip to Northern Europe, it had less acidity, making it feel less sharp and more comfortable. The ‘OJ’ beans maximize the nutty flavor with a rich nutty aroma, and finish cleanly with a slightly lingering cranberry taste.
