Perfectly delicious, soft-boiled eggs ready in just 10 minutes! They are sooooo delicious when eaten fresh from boiling, aren't they? I eat them as a snack between meals and also as a substitute for breakfast, so I boil them in stock so I never run out. It seems like my family eats two cartons of eggs a month, haha. I’ve been using this egg steamer for 4 years now.... It’s great for steaming frozen dumplings or rice cakes, and it’s also very useful for boiling sweet potatoes or steaming cabbage.
