Of course, my house is actually on the neater side, but not every single space is tidy🤣🤣 Nevertheless, I’m going to share my secret tip for how I can still hear such comments haha. It is to keep the space where your gaze lingers neat. The space where your gaze lingers here refers to: 1) the area opposite the entrance, 2) the end of the hallway running through the house, and 3) the space diagonally across as soon as you open the door! The photo above shows the end of the hallway that runs through the house (2). I leave the master bedroom door open even when guests come over to make the hallway look wider, and I don't put clutter on top of the drawers. The same goes for furniture arrangement.
