I wanted to cover up the color of my teddy bear mirror, so after debating how to do it, I decided to give it a bling-bling makeover. I needed a lot of mirror ball stickers, but since they are expensive in Korea, I bought 10,000 5mm ones on Amazon for around 30,000 won. But... That wasn't enough to cover half of it. In the end, I had to order more, so while the actual work took 3 days, the total timeline ended up being about two weeks. And I realized just how much back-breaking labor this was only after I started working on it. Since the mirror is mostly curved, my plan to apply them easily failed, and I ended up cutting and pasting them line by line. For some parts, I had to cut and paste individual pieces, like just one or two at a time. I had stuck them on haphazardly in the first few sections, but peeling them off and redoing them was too much of a hassle, so I'm just ignoring the messy parts, telling myself I can just squint. Haha. A lot of glass dust flies up when cutting, and you could get a slight cut if you touch the mirror with bare hands after it's all covered, so I wouldn't recommend this for homes with children. It is just like a mirror ball; if you handle it incorrectly, it is sharp. I regretted starting this, but since I had drawn the sword, I had to see it through to the end, so I eventually finished it. The materials cost 80,000 won, which isn't exactly cheap considering my labor costs. Lol. But it is pretty, so I have no regrets. Don't do it. Just buy one.
