A corner of the living room where I have been capturing the seasons, however modestly, through props and plants, even if only indoors. 🪵 Matching the Tones of Solid Wood! - I painted a plant shelf that was in good enough condition to throw away but didn't match the color tone with wood stain. Matching it to the existing furniture tones created a sense of unity and harmony. 🪴 Bringing the Sense of Seasons to Life with Plants - Besides the lush green plants that go well with summer, I found that you can feel the seasonality in plants as well, such as Pink Syngoniums that suit autumn, and decorating a tree with Araucaria in winter. And of course, nothing beats fresh flowers for spring :) Since a dining table will be moving into this space now, I am putting this layout I loved on hold for the time being.
