I'm posting photos of the home-cooked meals I've made recently. The first photo is homemade cream jjamppong, which my husband loves. I bought frozen Chinese noodles, added milk, chili powder, oyster sauce, peperoncino, pepper, and if I had heavy cream, I added that too. I just used up whatever was in the fridge and added ingredients like vegetables and shrimp, and that's it! The second photo is Gambas al Ajillo with baguette and K-Salad seasoned chives and lettuce. I think seasoned salads taste better when made fresh each time because the texture is great. The third photo is dried pollack soup with cold noodles and pork belly. Eating something hot and then something cold makes it twice as delicious haha😆 The last photo is grilled pork belly with crispy enoki mushrooms. When you cook enoki mushrooms until crispy, the mushroom aroma is incredible, and they are crunchy and chewy—delicious.
