Today, I prepared dinner with aged kimchi stew as the main dish. I added thick cuts of meat to well-fermented kimchi and simmered it thoroughly in a pressure cooker. The meat became tender, and the kimchi released a deep, rich flavor ☺️ After mixing it all together with a savory fried egg on the side, I feel like my fatigue melts away.
