I properly learned how to hand-drip at the Baratza tasting event last winter, and after realizing the importance of a grinder, I’ve been coveting one ever since ☕ After trying the Baratza Encore ESP, I found the grind settings to be really intuitive. Since it uses electric conical burrs, the grind is very even, so I highly recommend it to beginners. I’m using it alongside the Breville Bambino Plus, and it’s perfect as a secondary grinder when trying light roasts or various types of beans 🤍 I’m still practicing hand-drip, but I’ll post updates on my feed once my skills improve 😉 I’m so happy these days because the ways to enjoy coffee have definitely expanded :) If you’re a coffee lover like me and want to enjoy the best taste and aroma at home, I recommend the setup I showed you!
