#임장원정대 Things I made sure to do before choosing a house, and stories from my personal experience visiting properties. Looking for a house required more energy than I expected, and every single decision was difficult. I went on quite a few site visits myself, and I even received help from experts along the way; it definitely helped a lot in setting my direction. Initially, I didn't have much time, so instead of visiting multiple general real estate agencies, I signed a contract with a dedicated agent to proceed. They moved with me through everything from surveying the area to visiting actual houses and the contract process, so I was able to take care of many details I might have missed if I had been alone. Regarding the area, it was much more realistic to look at a broad range and then narrow it down, rather than focusing on just one place. I toured three districts first to check the atmosphere and pros and cons of each area, and within those, I shortlisted the complexes that were feasible. Then, I focused intensively on touring only the actual candidate complexes again, and compared them in more detail. When surveying areas, I traveled based on the transportation I would actually use, and checked the condition of the complex, the atmosphere at night, We also checked the amenities. This aspect was completely different from seeing it during the day. When choosing a house, our criteria were a little different. My husband prioritized commuting feasibility and parking, while I focused on nearby amenities and the house's layout. In particular, inside the house, I placed great importance on sunlight and the size of the living room and kitchen. Since it is just the two of us, I preferred having spacious common areas rather than individual bedrooms. Also, I deliberately chose a house that hadn't been renovated yet. Since we planned to refurbish everything anyway, I found that creating the style I wanted from scratch was more satisfying than living in a house that was only partially done. Parking is convenient in our current home, it faces due south so it gets plenty of sunlight, and even though it is 25 pyeong, the living room doesn't feel cramped, so I am living here with satisfaction. As we live here, there are bound to be some things we wish were better, but perhaps because we put so much thought into choosing this house, it ended up being a home of destiny where the timing was perfect. 🏡✨ #HouseHunting #임장후기 #신혼집구하기 #아파트선택 #집고르는법 #부동산팁 #집인테리어 #신혼집인테리어 #집꾸미기 #우리집이야기
