A Book and Quiet Time 📖 I have an "alpha room" space in an awkward location and with an awkward floor plan due to the layout. Since it was a small space, I struggled a lot with how to use it. It felt like a waste to just leave it empty, but it was also an awkward space to put anything in. Now, I’ve decorated it as a small study and am using it as a hobby space to unwind at the end of the day. Just having a comfortable seat, lighting, and books within reach has changed the atmosphere significantly. A time to pause briefly while reading to jot down the day's thoughts ✍🏻 Even if I don't read much or write at length, these are days when that is enough.
