Hello, this is babozip from FTC 22nd Batch 🙌🏻 This week, I made dumpling soup and potato stew for lunch before heading to work! For the dumpling soup, I made the broth myself. Using store-bought broth is convenient, but the taste is truly different when you add dumplings to beef bone broth that you boiled yourself. The moment the dumplings floated in the milky broth, I already felt full and satisfied 😊 The potato stew is a dish I whipped up quickly using leftover ingredients from the refrigerator, and I was surprised by how much tastier it was than I expected. With the potatoes thoroughly cooked in the spicy, thick broth, a bowl of rice disappears in no time. I checked out Baek Jong-won's recipe haha. These days, cooking at home like this feels more delicious and rewarding than eating out.
