Since these are the items I use the most, I actually had several in wood and stainless steel, not silicone... ㅠ But after receiving the products and using them to make pasta and chop steak, I was so happy that, true to their reputation as safe platinum silicone tools that withstand high temperatures of 250 degrees, I could stir-fry without scratching the pan or worrying about harmful substances being released. The handles are long too. I was able to cook without it getting too hot... It's so pretty that I really liked plating it directly in the pan so everyone could serve themselves~^^ I'm planning to replace all my other cooking utensils with these safe, domestically produced Platinum silicone tools... After using them, they are definitely better than wood or stainless steel... Cleaning was also great because they didn't feel slippery or sticky~ I was able to cook without them getting too hot.
