No Waste of Money❌❌❌ Super Super Super Simple Essentials for Early Baby Food I started introducing solid foods a while ago. I was really worried, but it turned out to be easier than I thought! I’ve compiled a list of only the items I think are absolutely necessary for early baby food! 1️⃣ Baby Food Spoon Baby food spoons are truly a must-have, right? Since there is only one meal a day in the early stages, preparing just 1 or 2 is sufficient. In the later stages, there are three meals a day, so having 3 to 5 would be good. 2️⃣ Silicone Bib Without a silicone bib, the clothes will be a total mess. Just thinking about washing clothes covered in rice grains gives me a headache, haha. Plus, if the clothes get damp, the baby gets upset, right? I think it would be good to have at least one, and maybe 2 or 3. 3️⃣ Baby Food Containers There are many pretty plates and baby food containers out there, but I bought these because I think glass containers are the most practical. I make a 3-day supply at a time and store them in the refrigerator. I freeze the beef porridge base, then thaw it to add new ingredients and expand it into a 3-day supply for use! 4️⃣ Baby Chopper In the early stages, I think it's actually fine to just use a blender to finely grind all the ingredients without a chopper. However, as you move into the mid-to-late stages, it's better to add some texture, so a chopper is a must-have item! Even in the early stages, if your baby eats well, it's good to increase the texture. 5️⃣ Silicone Steamer Since the amount eaten in the early stages is small, I found it burdensome to boil water in a steamer to steam things. Steaming small amounts like 1/3 of a zucchini and a handful of peas definitely made the silicone steamer more convenient. Put it in the microwave and it's done in 2-3 minutes! 6️⃣ Baby Food Books I am using a baby food book that I received as a hand-me-down. It was great for grasping the concept of baby food, and it was also helpful for checking what was allowed and not allowed. These days, I use it well as a reference for selecting menus. I think it would be good to have at least one book tailored to the type of baby food you want to introduce (porridge, toppings, self-feeding, etc.)! #CornSoupRecordBook #현명한소비
