I had a lot of leftover cucumbers at home, so I made cucumber and crab stick salad. I toasted the bread slices with butter until golden brown, lightly salted the cucumbers to squeeze out the excess water, and added them along with the crab sticks to finish the salad!! "Oh? It's tastier than I thought?" I thought, but then I realized it would have been even better if I had sliced the cucumbers a bit thinner... hehe.
