This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. Since cutting boards are kitchen items used daily, hygiene and maintenance are crucial. The Haru-ui Gonggan silicone cutting board set I tried this time was definitely satisfying in that regard. The sturdy thickness and stability felt impressive from the moment I first received it, and I was able to use it comfortably without any slipping while cutting. Above all, I liked the fact that I could use it with peace of mind because it is made of platinum silicone, a material used in medical and infant grades. With regular cutting boards, knife marks easily appear over time, and I often worried about hygiene. However, I liked this product even more because marks do not form easily, giving it a feeling of staying clean. Maintenance after use is also very simple. It is safe for boiling water sterilization, as well as dishwasher and microwave sterilization, so the biggest advantage is that you can maintain it hygienically without having to worry about it separately. The design is clean and blends well wherever you place it in the kitchen. Since it comes as a set, it was also convenient to divide and use according to purpose. It is a cutting board that I naturally reach for whenever I cook, so my usage frequency has definitely increased, and the time I spend in the kitchen feels a bit more pleasant.
