Mix 100ml milk, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons sugar, a pinch of salt, and 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder (this is optional, but it enhances the flavor!) to make the egg wash, and coat 3 slices of bread evenly on both sides. (I highly recommend Whitelier 3cm bread, but if you don't have it, do it like this🧡) It tastes best if you let it marinate in the refrigerator the night before, but if you layer 3 slices of bread, the flavor soaks in well, so it's delicious even if you toast it right away! Pan-fry in butter until golden brown on all sides~ Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes and bake for 5 minutes (crispy on the outside, soft on the inside). Finally, sprinkle with maple syrup and cinnamon powder!!!⭐️
