Would you like to have a cucumber lover's weekend sandwich with me? I'll share a delicious and easy recipe♡ 🍞 Brush thick slices of bread with olive oil or butter and toast them until golden brown. While the bread cools, 🥒 Thinly slice the cucumber using a peeler (Daiso product: Rabbit Potato Peeler), and prepare 🧅 onion slices as well. Spread cream cheese or your preferred spread on the toasted bread. (No one wanted the London Bagel Truffle Cream Cheese, so I finished it off haha) I recommend the chive cream cheese and tzatziki sauce! Arrange the cucumber slices nicely in a wavy pattern (it's delicious just like this, though), add the onion slices, and wrap it all up with the smoked salmon!! 🌿 Sprinkle with parsley powder, freshly ground black pepper 🍋 Adding olive oil and lemon juice deepens the flavor!
