I’ve posted a weekend brunch menu featuring the trendy prompts these days haha. 🌱 I woke up this morning, bought some ciabatta bread from the store in front of my house, and whipped up some gambas! I think gambas tastes the best when eaten at home... because I can fill it up with my favorite shrimp and brie cheese! 🍤😋 (Prepare some of the shrimp tails) 1. Add olive oil and whole garlic cloves and let it sizzle. 2. Add the shrimp tails first to bring out the umami flavor, then add the shrimp, tomatoes, peperoncino, and pepper! 3. Once the shrimp are cooked to your liking, add the brie cheese towards the end! It’s simple enough just like this, but the taste is the best 🫶🏻 You definitely have to eat it with bread for the taste to double haha #CastIronPot is a lifesaver because it keeps food warm for a long time 🤍 🌱 Shio Konbu Tuna Mayo Rice Balls 🍙 Even a small portion is rich in umami, so you can mix it with rice for a simple meal! I managed to get by with simple dishes again this week 🤭 I want to take some aesthetic photos like everyone else... I'll have to give it a try next time!! ︶ྀི❤︎
