I topped a refreshing-looking meal made with finely ground spring spinach with savory grilled beef brisket, making it even more filling. 😋 💚 Beef Brisket Spinach Risotto 💚 ✅ Ingredients: 100g spinach, 150g beef brisket, 1/2 onion, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1 1/2 cups cooked rice, 1 1/2 cups milk, 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1/2 tablespoon salt, a pinch of black pepper, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese powder ✅ Instructions 1. Finely chop the onion and cut the spinach into appropriate lengths. 2. Put the spinach, cooked rice, milk, yogurt, 1 teaspoon salt, and Parmesan cheese powder into a blender and blend until smooth. 3. Melt butter in a heated pan, then add minced garlic and onion and sauté. 4. Add the beef brisket, season with salt and pepper, and sauté. Then add the rice and minced spinach and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Sauté half of the beef brisket separately and place it on top of the risotto.) 5.
