#콘수프기록집 #오늘장면한컷 Mom, I'm sorry..🥹🪴 I have a Hong Kong palm in a pot that my mom lovingly cared for. She knew I was into homestagram, and since I'd been eyeing a big Hong Kong palm for a while, she managed it with disinfectant water, thinking I might use it for photos. She raised it beautifully for a very, very long time😭 I posted about it on my feed a long time ago, right after I brought it home, but my house is small and the pot is big, so I haven't really been able to make good use of it. I wanted to divide it, but my back hurts and I was afraid I'd kill it, so I kept putting it off for months. Finally, I made up my mind and gave it a try! It was much harder wood than I expected and had become quite lignified. As soon as I lifted the roots, I knew this wasn't going to work. In the end, I cut it into four pieces to make it four brothers. I shook off so many roots and cut them all off that I feel bad it will surely die, so I haven't even been able to prune it yet. But for now, it does look pretty☺️ What do you think, everyone? I thought about it a lot before doing this, but I feel like I destroyed my mom's love and care, so I feel so sorry to both my mom and the plants.
