I love stir-frying shishito peppers and small anchovies, but sometimes if I buy them and forget about them, they all end up rotting😅 That’s why I need a vacuum container! It’s the same shishito peppers, but simply changing the storage method has resulted in this amazing difference. Watch the video showing the difference after 2 weeks: Ziploc bag vs. vacuum container~~~ The firmness is definitely different, and the color of the seeds is visible to the naked eye. What I realized while using the Lock & Lock vacuum container this time is that "storage is truly important." ✔ Wash thoroughly and remove moisture with a paper towel. ✔ Use the bottom tray to neatly remove any remaining moisture. ✔ Store tomatoes without washing, remove the stems, and store with the stems facing downward. ✔ Store bean sprouts in water. Just doing this makes a definite difference and helps reduce food waste, making it zero waste!! Plus, I'm satisfied that it features 3-level vacuum control so I can store ingredients according to their needs, and that it keeps them fresh for up to 50 days! Even with the same ingredients, just one storage method makes such a difference.
