
Hello. This is guk.home from FTC Batch 22. Today's dish is Rosรฉ Shrimp Risotto, which I made following up on the wild chive pasta from last time. I like noodles, but as the saying goes, "Koreans rely on the power of rice," so I find myself reaching for rice more often. ๐ Risotto, in particular, is easy to digest like porridge, so I think it's great to eat comfortably without feeling heavy.
