For those of you who don't use a food waste disposer, gather here! As the weather gets warmer these days, the smell of food waste is starting to rise. So, I switched to the Lifo Dual Lock airtight food waste bin. It has a double-locking structure, so the seal is secure. It is secured once with silicone and then fixed again with a snap lock, so even if you just leave it in the kitchen, almost no odor rises. Since I don't have a food waste disposer, I used to throw away food waste immediately whenever it accumulated, but using a product with such good sealing power is so convenient because I don't have to empty it every day. The size is 2L, so it is not burdensome for a 1-2 person household. It isn't too big, so it is easy to empty immediately when it fills up, and it doesn't take up much space. The handle is sturdy, so it feels stable when carrying it around. Cleaning is also easy. The lid is detachable, so you can wash the inside as well. Maintenance is ultimately important for food waste bins, and this feels like it is well-made in that regard. TIP: It uses a plastic bag insertion method, and the size of Daiso pet waste bags fits perfectly. Even 12 rolls for 2,000 won..!! I recommend this combination because you don't have to worry about the size separately. The design is a clean white, so it doesn't stand out too much.
