As a single-person household, it is burdensome to acquire more bedding, and since my mood is fickle, I usually change my bedding covers to refresh the atmosphere. This spring, I wanted to bring in the colors of flowers and leaves. Coincidentally, I replaced my duvet cover with a set from Bazaar featuring pink stripes as accents on a deep sage green background. While the size of the bed can change depending on the situation, I found that if I choose a larger size for the duvet, I never feel like it is too small, nor do I have to replace it later to fit the bed. I also have a habit of rolling up in my duvet when I sleep. It is a green that is slightly closer to cool than warm. I happened to compare it to the light green pajamas I am wearing these days. When placed next to a material with a slight yellowish tint, the color immediately felt cooler and deeper. In my case, since I already had warm light green bedding, I actually liked the difference it created. The material is soft, yet it makes a slightly rustling sound. (It’s surprising how little it wrinkles when pressed down.) It’s not bothersome; seeing as my cat immediately came over to explore the bedding after I changed it and sleeps in the bed more often, it seems the sound isn't sensitive enough for pets. Also, since I have allergies all over my body, I felt that the high-density 40-degree pure cotton material was useful for skin care. The entire bedding set matches well with the light pink bedding I purchased recently. These days, just like with clothing, there is a trend of preferring bedding that harmonizes with the colors and patterns of existing items. I particularly liked how the colors blended naturally with other pads and pillows in beige, light pink, and ivory. It also matched well with the dark green pad shown in the photos.
