I got a new cutting board with a beautiful warm brown color 🤎 The cutting board I recently acquired is the Haru-ui Gonggan antibacterial silicone cutting board. The most satisfying aspect is the inherent sturdiness of silicone. It provides excellent anti-slip properties during cooking, so it remains stable and wobble-free even when handling hard ingredients. The smooth feel of the knife tip also makes it feel much less strenuous on my wrist. I can also use it with peace of mind regarding the material. It uses Platinum Silicone, which is used for medical and infant-grade applications. Since it is crafted with KCC Premium Silicone—the highest quality in Korea—it doesn't show marks easily, so I think I will be able to use it for a long time. I also like the hygiene aspect, which is the most important concern when it comes to kitchen tools. With 99.9% antibacterial efficacy, it is hygienic to use. Since it is safe to sterilize in boiling water, dishwashers, and microwaves, it is a product that is easy to maintain, so I feel confident using it.
