This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. - Foren The Humble Coolmax Summer Duvet, 100% Modal, Duralon Cooling Duvet I went from being a "summer duvet nomad" to finally settling on the Foren cooling duvet! I am someone who absolutely needs to cover myself with a duvet all the way down to my feet to sleep. Every summer, the heat and humidity caused me to constantly cover myself and pull the duvet aside, leading to stress from not being able to get a good night's sleep. After trying various duvets for several years, I finally settled on a Foren duvet. The front is 100% Modal for extreme softness, while the back is 100% Duralon cooling for breathability and comfort. On rainy or slightly chilly days, I cover myself with the Modal side, and on humid days, I switch to the cooling side, making it truly comfortable. I was so satisfied that I started with the Foren organic duvet I was already using, and this time, I ended up collecting the Coolmax duvet as well. And if you add a Foren mattress pad, it's perfect! (For really hot summers, the Foren cooling comforter + pad combination is unbeatable!) Other comforters feel unpleasant because hot air rises from your body heat while you're covered, but Foren is breathable, so it feels comfortable and doesn't stick to your skin, which I find very satisfying. In fact, it feels cool every time you move. The design is clean and timeless, and the minimal quilting ensures it will last a long time. It can be machine washed at home and air-dried. (I ran it on the gentlest wool cycle in the dryer and it was in perfect condition, so I personally prefer using the dryer!) Although it is a summer comforter, I use it year-round by switching between the cooling and modal sections, so I essentially use it as a four-season comforter. I only store it in its dedicated bag that fits perfectly during the very cold winter months.
