I've heard a lot of people say this looks dangerous. But after using it, I found it to be actually more convenient. It's the method I reach for most often in the kitchen these days. You don't need to search; you just take it out, use it, and hang it back up—that's it. So, I tend to keep all my cooking utensils out on the table as well.
