Today really felt like a proper nourishing meal! My husband and I grilled the small intestines and large intestines until golden brown and enjoyed the savory flavor. We also added steamed abalone and offal pesto, making for a happy dinner with a table full of delicious food 💛 Every single dish was tasty, but we finished off with a spicy beef intestine hot pot, of course…! That taste made me keep eating even though I was full haha. It’s so happy to share a table with people who love good food haha.
