This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. I think what truly matters about a summer duvet is how often you reach for it. This is the second time I’ve used the Foren The Humble Coolmax Duvet, and this time I went all out and switched to a generous K size. Although it is on the thinner side, it doesn't just feel light; perhaps because of its 20-layer structure, it feels soft and enveloping when you cover yourself with it. Since it uses corn fiber, it is comfortable and easy to use without feeling heavy. It doesn't have that typical summer duvet feeling of being "too thin and empty." The cool touch felt the moment it touches you is also quite distinct. Perhaps because it is a combination of Duralon cooling fabric and Modal, it feels soft against the skin and doesn't retain heat for long, so it stays relatively comfortable even on days when you sweat a lot. I even took a close-up shot of the material, and you can really feel how cool it is thanks to this fabric! I liked that this product also pays attention to hygiene; the anti-mite ingredients are coated deep inside the fibers, and the antibacterial function is maintained even after washing. Given that summer bedding is washed frequently, this aspect is actually quite important. The seamless design is clean overall, and the neat, hotel-style look is a plus, preventing the bed from looking cluttered. Perhaps because it is an exclusive LG line, the build quality is also quite solid. It is easy to fold up after use, so it takes up almost no space. It is roughly the thickness of two books, so it is not a burden to leave it out and use it all summer long.
