Remove the tough stems from the Chwinamul and blanch for 1-2 minutes. 2. Squeeze out the water thoroughly and toss by hand with the seasoning. 3. Grill the pollack roe in butter and set aside briefly. 4. Add an equal amount of water to the rice soaked for 30 minutes, add 1 packet of powdered broth, and bring to a boil. 5. Once it boils, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. 6. When steaming, add the pollack roe and wild greens and let it steam for 5 minutes.
