A non-slip mat is attached to the bottom, so there is no need to worry about it sliding. The generous size allows me to move the mouse freely, and since the mouse moves smoothly, it puts less strain on my wrist, which is great. I use my laptop frequently and move around a lot, but it blends beautifully into any space, and since it is easy to keep clean, the more I use it, the more I like it. I am satisfied.
