This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. Lately, my lower back and neck have been feeling uncomfortable, so I visited a doctor. Fortunately, they said there were no major issues, but it felt like a signal from my body. Since I spend long hours sitting and working, my posture often gets compromised, so recently I have been paying more attention to maintaining good posture. I realized that the pillow where I spend the end of the day is particularly important, so I started looking into cervical pillows properly and tried the Foren Original Eco Fluffy Cervical Pillow. Unlike regular pillows that offer uniform softness throughout, the part where the neck rests provides firm support, while the part where the head rests feels like it gently wraps around. As a result, I felt less of a sensation of my neck lifting or bending when lying down. At first, I was worried that the firm support might feel unfamiliar, but it actually felt like my neck and shoulder lines were comfortably aligned. I was satisfied because I felt less stiffness when I woke up in the morning. Also, it is designed to fit the cervical spine at a height of 7cm, which I was told was created with the Korean body type in mind. It wasn't too high or too low, so it was comfortable whether I lay on my side or on my back. What I liked most was the ease of maintenance! Since it is a pillow that touches my face every day, it is easy to keep hygienic because it can be washed in a washing machine and even used in a dryer. Because it is certified by the German Spine Association (IGR), I felt a bit more confident in it.
