After actually using it, I found that the height isn't excessive, yet it provides stable support for the neck, helping me get a good night's sleep. Whether lying on my side or on my back, my posture doesn't get significantly distorted, and the support feels stable and different from regular pillows! Thanks to its multi-density structure, the part where the neck rests provides firm support while gently cradling the head. It feels like my posture naturally settles when I lie down, making it great for everyone from adults to children! The pillows I used before had a uniform cushioning throughout, so there were many days when my neck or shoulders would ache after waking up. But the Foren Cervical Pillow feels like it takes care of the neck and head separately, so I highly recommend it! Its clean design fits well in any bedroom, and the quality of the included cover is amazing! I am also satisfied that it blends naturally with the bedroom atmosphere and is easy to maintain as it is machine washable and dryer safe.
