This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #FiveSensesReview program. 🧊 I was considering getting a cooling duvet for this summer, so I tried the Foren The Humble Coolmax Summer Duvet (Queen Size). I use a queen-size bed, and since it measures 200×230 cm, I really loved the generous drape. It covers me loosely on both sides, definitely giving it a hotel-style feel. Perhaps because it is an exclusive product designed for LG Electronics, the design is of exceptionally high quality. Foren's signature seamless design falls cleanly, and the overall clean white tone transformed the bedroom atmosphere into something much more luxurious and organized. It truly feels like "hotel-style bedding." After using it myself, the best part was definitely the balance between cooling and softness. Since it uses Duralon cooling fabric, a cool sensation rises as soon as it touches the skin, and thanks to the Lenzing Modal material, the texture against the skin is incredibly soft. I tend to get hot while sleeping, but I was definitely able to sleep less hot and comfortably. Another advantage is that this product isn't just a thin summer duvet. It features a 20-layer laminated structure filled with eco-friendly corn fiber, giving it just the right amount of volume and a fluffy, cloud-like feel when covered. I was very satisfied because it wrapped me warmly and comfortably, keeping me from feeling too cold even when sleeping with the air conditioner on. I could also tell that hygiene was a priority. The fibers are coated with an anti-mite component (Hugard), which not only inhibits bacterial growth but also seems to reduce sweat odors and unpleasant smells. Since the antibacterial function is said to be maintained even after washing, I feel confident using it with peace of mind for the long term. Care is also incredibly easy. Because it is a quilted type, you don't need a separate cover; you can wash the entire thing in the washing machine (I recommend the wool cycle at 30 degrees or below), so washing it frequently during the summer isn't a burden. Although it cannot be tumble-dried, it dries relatively quickly due to the nature of the material, so it wasn't a major inconvenience.
