I have never lived in a high-floor view, but the charm of a low-floor apartment is that you can fully experience all four seasons! :) My child also looks at the birds sitting on the trees outside the window and says "chirp chirp," and I am so happy to be able to capture that precious sight with my own eyes. ^^
