📌 Greek Caesar Dressing Chicken Tender Salad I ate dinner early yesterday, so I was hungry as soon as I woke up this morning 😇 I emptied out the leftover chicken tenders from the freezer, grilled them, and set about making a salad. For the dressing, I used Greek Caesar dressing! Instead of mayonnaise, I made it with plenty of Greek yogurt. 🏷️ The ingredients and ratios are... Olive oil 2, Greek yogurt 2, anchovy fish sauce 0.5, honey 1 Lemon juice 0.5, whole grain mustard 0.5, garlic powder 0.5 One tip: add just a little lemon juice initially, taste it, and add more later! Mustard has a sour taste, but since the intensity varies by product, it's best to adjust it little by little.
