Today, after getting off work, I fried eggplant and zucchini pancakes for my child and boiled a big pot of seaweed soup. My child doesn't usually eat vegetables well, but they eat them well when served as pancakes. ^^ Dipping the golden-brown pancakes in the sauce, they ate them excitedly, probably because they tasted good. Today's menu at our house is eggplant pancakes, zucchini pancakes, and seaweed soup!! After using the trays, I found them to be surprisingly versatile. #CornSoupRecords #오늘의우리집
