This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. I used to be a stainless steel pan lover, only using coated pans for simple frying. However, since having a baby and life has been so busy and hectic lately, I find myself reaching for coated pans more often. Because coated pans heat up so quickly, food cooks much faster than I expected when I'm cooking for my baby. So, I found myself preferring to use stainless steel or cast iron pans for baby food. But the fact that the Kindel frying pan features an 8-layer coating caught my eye because it was the first time I had heard of it. With Kindel's premium 8-layer coating (Titanium Diamond + Ceramic Coating), the coating doesn't peel off easily, allowing for long-term use. It feels quite substantial, and after using it, I completely understood what the 8-layer coating meant. I often make pancakes for my baby's breakfast, but I frequently run into trouble because they tend to burn too quickly or brown too fast when cooked in butter. Haha. However, thanks to its overwhelming heat conductivity and heat retention, cooking is much more efficient. Wow, this really cooks slowly. Even though my induction cooktop has insane heat output, it retains heat so well that I wondered if I hadn't turned the heat up enough. Since the pan is thick, it allows the pancakes to cook slowly, which I really liked. It is an induction-compatible pan, but since there are pans that don't work on my induction, I think it is great that this Kindel frying pan can be used on all heat sources. Also, I really prefer deep frying pans like this over shallow ones. It seems perfect for stir-fries or making things like baby ragu sauce! I've been so busy lately that I've only been grilling, but I think I'll be using it for a wider variety of dishes soon. And if I want to use it exclusively for my baby, that says it all, right?
