A 1600 Table for a 4-Pyeong Living Room ✨ Our newlywed home features a linear layout connecting the kitchen and living room, so we had been eating at the kitchen island. As summer arrived, we started placing a low table in the living room for meals, but sitting on the floor was uncomfortable, and folding and unfolding it every time was a hassle. Since folding the table was such a bother, we ended up leaving it unfolded all the time, which made us realize the need for a proper dining table for the living room. Since it was for the living room, we didn't want a design that looked like something you'd only find in a kitchen. That's when, thankfully, I found the Somsi Oval Table through Ogam Review! 🤍 The delivery driver was kind, and the assembly process was meticulous and neatly finished, so I was very satisfied with the delivery service as well 👍 I was worried that the dining table might clash with the mood since it was the first silver item in our existing wood-toned living room, but the simple design is harmonious, and thanks to the soft curves of the semi-oval shape and the slim steel legs, the space doesn't look cramped despite the 1600 size. I initially hesitated about bringing a large dining table into my cozy living room, but after actually using it, I realized that having enough space to accommodate guests is essential. It comes in black and silver, with a wide range of sizes to choose from: 1200, 1400, 1600, and 1800. If you are considering hosting guests, I recommend the 1600 size or larger! 🫶 Even when placed alongside a sofa in a 4-pyeong (approx. 13.2 sq ft) living room, there is ample space, and it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The tabletop features an LPM finish, making it resistant to scratches and relatively easy to clean. It is closer to a cream tone than white, adding a warm atmosphere that pairs perfectly with solid wood. I purchased new chairs along with this table. To match the wood-toned atmosphere of my living room, I chose a combination of brown leather and silver legs. I really love how the table alone creates a café-like vibe!! I use it for various purposes, including not only meals but also working on my laptop and watching TV. If I used to spend a lot of time lying on the sofa, now that my lifestyle has shifted to center around the table, I feel like I'm using my time more efficiently.
