At first, I thought simply blocking light was enough, but after using it myself, I realized that curtains have a significant impact on the atmosphere of a space. Perhaps because this product is a mood-memory blackout curtain, I was most satisfied with how naturally the creases formed after installation. Since the creases remain consistent without needing to be adjusted by hand, the overall look is neat and tidy. Although it is a blackout curtain, it doesn't feel completely dark; it acts as a "living blackout" that softly filters light, so it didn't feel stuffy even during the day. The sunlight filtering in softly made the home atmosphere much more comfortable, and the brightness was not overwhelming whether watching TV or taking a nap, making it great for everyday use. Another convenient feature was the plastic curtain pins. They were easy to insert without much effort during the initial installation, and the fact that they don't need to be removed for washing was more convenient than I expected. I actually put them in the washing machine as is, and they held up well without any issues. I also noticed a difference in heating and cooling efficiency. It felt like less cold air was coming in from the window side, so I think it will be particularly helpful in winter, and even in summer, it blocked direct sunlight, so it was effective in maintaining the indoor temperature. However, it is important to choose a length that is generous. Cutting the fabric with some extra room allows for more even pleating and brings out the natural drape of the curtain. I recommend considering this before purchasing. Overall, the quality of the material and finish exceeded expectations. I am satisfied with its ability to tidy up the space without looking overly decorated. It felt like a curtain that is perfect for everyday use without being too flashy.
