My refrigerator was full, so I took out the ingredients one by one to prepare lunch. I made a fragrant pesto using spinach and cilantro, and finished it off simply with fusilli pasta. I revived the wilting Italian parsley by making a bread dip, and toasted some frozen sourdough bread to serve alongside it; it turned out to be a simple yet sufficiently delicious meal.
